江苏金峰水泥集团位于巍峨的天目山余脉下，风景秀丽的天目湖畔，东临104国道，西依芜太运河，水陆交通便捷，矿山资源储备十分丰富。

在省、市各级党委、市政府、及有关部门的关心和支持下，集团公司通过不断地技改扩能，建设了9条新型干法旋窑水泥熟料生产线及配套纯低温余热发电，完成了1座粉磨站的改造。年水泥生产能力3000万吨。厂区占地面积150公顷，职工3000余人，其中，各类专业技术人员200多人，本科学历的工程师80多人。是江苏省较大的水泥生产企业。
