为进一步壮大企业规模，提升众喜水泥的竞争力，公司投资6亿元，正在咸阳市乾县（预计2011年12月份建成投产）筹建一条5000T/D水泥生产线，届时年产量将接近1000万吨。5年内，公司将再建3条5000T/D水泥生产线，使实际生产能力达到1500万吨，成为水泥行业的佼佼者。
