为进一步壮大企业规模，提升众喜水泥的竞争力，公司投资6亿元，正在咸阳市乾县（预计2011年12月份建成投产）筹建一条5000T/D水泥生产线，届时年产量将接近1000万吨。5年内，公司将再建3条5000T/D水泥生产线，使实际生产能力达到1500万吨，成为水泥行业的佼佼者。

The company adopts the pre decomposing dry rotary kiln process outside the kiln, with strong technical force and excellent quality inspection equipment. All technical indexes of the products are superior to the requirements of GB175-2007 new cement standard. In order to further expand the enterprise scale and enhance the competitiveness of Zhongxi cement, the company has invested 600 million yuan and is preparing to build a 5000t / d cement production line in Qianxian County, Xianyang City (it is expected to be completed and put into operation in December 2011), with an annual output of nearly 10 million tons.
