劲酒秉承了中国传统药补酒的一贯特色,以优质白酒为酒基,配以山药、枸杞子、淫羊霍、黄芪、当归等中药材,采用现代生物工程技术提取其有效活性成份技术精心酿制而成。属于保健酒,喝后对人体有保健作用的酒,是传统药酒的分支,是普通白酒的延伸。

劲牌公司创建于1953年,历经六十年的稳步发展,现已成为一家专业化的健康食品企业。产品从单一的白酒发展成为以保健酒、健康白酒和生物医药为三大核心业务的健康产业结构。拥有面积350亩的保健酒工业园和930亩的原酒生态园,年生产保健酒的综合能力达到16万吨。2013年,劲牌实现销售额近67亿元,上交税金近18亿元人民币,直接用于公益慈善事业的投入逾7095万元。

劲牌坚持“按做药的标准生产保健酒”,率先将中药数字技术运用于产品生产。劲牌研发中心联合北京大学、武汉大学、华中科技大学、中国药科大学、香港浸会大学等科研院校,在中药工程技术和质量控制、中药药理分析、工业微生物检测等领域开展了多项富有建设性的科研攻关工作。研发中心拥有完善的分析实验室和具有国际水准的仪器设备,拥有专职技术研发人员100余名,其中高级工程师10人(教授级3人)、中国酿酒大师1人、博士6人、国家级评酒委员7人、省级评酒委员11人。

2006年3月,劲牌研发中心成为“博士后产业基地”。2008年5月,劲牌检测中心通过国家实验室认可,成为我国保健酒行业唯一拥有国家认可实验室的企业。2010年11月,劲牌研发中心通过省级“保健酒工程技术研究中心”鉴定。2012年7月,劲牌取得“医疗机构执业许可证”。2013年1月,“中药保健食品质量与安全湖北省重点实验室”获批组建。为确保原酒品质,劲牌选址在植被繁茂、水质甘冽的幕阜山脉建立了四座原酒基地,占地930亩,年产小曲清香型白酒7.5万吨,是中国最大的小曲白酒酿造基地。天然无污染的自然环境保证了所酿原酒的纯正品质。

Jinjiu inherits the consistent characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine tonic wine. It is brewed elaborately with high-quality liquor as its base, Chinese herbal medicines such as yam, wolfberry, Yinyanghuo, astragalus, angelica, etc. and its effective active ingredients extracted by modern bioengineering technology. It belongs to health wine, which has health care effect on human body after drinking. It is a branch of traditional medicine wine and an extension of ordinary liquor. Jinpai company was founded in 1953. After 60 years of steady development, it has become a professional healthy food enterprise. The product has developed from a single liquor into a health industrial structure with health liquor, health liquor and biomedicine as the three core businesses. In March 2006, Jinpai R & D center became a "postdoctoral industrial base". In May 2008, Jinpai Testing Center passed the National Laboratory Accreditation, becoming the only enterprise in China's health wine industry with national accreditation laboratory. In November 2010, Jinpai R & D center passed the provincial "health wine engineering technology research center" appraisal. In July 2012, Jinpai obtained the "practice license of medical institutions". In January 2013, "Hubei Provincial Key Laboratory of quality and safety of traditional Chinese medicine health food" was approved to be established. In order to ensure the quality of the original liquor, Jinpai has set up four original liquor bases in Mufu mountains with lush vegetation and sweet water quality, covering an area of 930 mu, with an annual output of 75000 tons of Xiaoqu flavor liquor, which is the largest Xiaoqu liquor brewing base in China.
