中纺院绿色纤维股份公司，成立于2015年6月，由控股股东中国纺织科学研究院和股东新乡化纤股份有限公司(以下简称“新乡化纤”)、甘肃蓝科石化高新装备股份有限公司(以下简称“蓝科高新”)共同出资成立的股份制公司。

公司位于国家新乡经济技术开发区白鹭大道，开发区位于市区东部，西连京珠高速和京广铁路客运专线，东连省道226，北依济东高速，南接新荷铁路，(园区有铁路货运专线与之接轨)，省道308横贯东西，交通便利。

公司成立后实施的是年产15000吨新溶剂法纤维素纤维产业化项目，一期总投资5.6亿元，占地142亩，计划2016年12月带料试生产，之后的项目二期、三期将逐步投资20亿元，形成年产10万吨新溶剂法纤维素纤维生产规模，占地500亩，全部建成投产后实现销售收入约23亿元。

绿色纤维(Lyocell)俗称天丝，以棉麻、树木、竹子、麦秆等可再生资源为原料，兼具天然纤维和合成纤维的诸多优异性能，更具有光泽优美、柔软光滑等特性，透气性和舒适性其他纤维无法比拟，成为国际国内时装、高级衬衣便装的主要原料，被称为“21世纪的绿色纤维”，对世界纤维行业具有革命性意义。

目前，Lyocell纤维国际市场上兰精公司处于垄断地位，每年出口中国约7万吨左右，远远无法满足中国市场的需求。公司的绿纤项目投产后将彻底打破现有的局面，所以，兼具天然纤维和合成纤维诸多优异性能且绿色环保的Lyocell纤维无论从发展潜力、市场优势还是经济效益上都具有非常广阔的前景。
