湖北祥云（集团）化工股份有限公司（以下简称祥云股份）是以生产磷复肥为主的大型化工企业。2003年6月，公司由国营改为民营企业。经过十余年的快速发展，祥云股份现已形成年生产各类高浓度磷复肥600余万吨的规模。同时，公司还配套生产硫酸、磷酸、合成氨等产品，并利用磷矿伴生资源副产氢氧化镁、氟盐等系列产品。
