公司主要生产“南翔”牌小笼包、上海云吞等系列速冻食品,产品除销售国内市场外,还远销美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、英国、香港等国家和地区,是上海地区较早生产出口速冻食品的专业企业,出口历史长达20多年之久,产品享誉海内外。

南翔小笼包至今已有100多年历史,原名南翔大肉馒头,后曾称南翔大馒头,由于方言的关系,上海人俗称之“南翔小笼馒头”,并非北方人所指的“馒头”,而是以皮薄、馅大、汁多、形美着称于世的包子;由于用文火和小笼来蒸制,所以上海人又称其为“南翔小笼包”。南翔小笼历经岁月沧桑,在中国食品点心史上成为享誉中外的精美点心,如今在海内外享有很高的知名度。

公司为发展南翔小笼品牌产品,2006年投资2000多万元建造新工厂,引进了国外速冻设备,采取科学管理,使企业年生产能力达到5000吨。近年来公司不断进行产品开发和创新,目前产品线涵盖南翔小笼包、上海云吞、蒸饺、春卷皮、春卷,麻饼、奶黄包、细沙包、水饺、精白馒头、花卷等50多种品种。有别于大多数速冻米面食品生产商,公司产品采用纯手工制作,用料精细、工艺讲究、质好味美、营养丰富、食用方便,深受国内外消费者欢迎。
