Gibson), an Australian listed company, and owns about 1.46 billion ordinary shares (equivalent to about 27.6%) of Shougang resources, one of the large-scale hard coking coal producers. These upstream assets provide a good profit base for the group. The company has been listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since 1991.
