金南福酒业的前身是由百年老店 “恒生福糟坊”、“力生糟坊”和“中德糟坊”于1951年公私合营，合建成为“力生土酒运销联营社”。1953年与五粮液、泸州老窖同步成立为国有企业，更名为“南溪县国营酿酒厂”，被四川酒类专卖局统一编为国营第26酒厂(泸州老窖为国营第28酒厂，五粮液为国营第25酒厂)。1985年更名为“四川省南溪县国营南福曲酒厂”。2007年企业改制，进行资产重组，正式成立四川宜宾金南福酒业有限责任公司。公司现在拥有工业用地120余亩，职工300余人，年生产五粮浓香型曲酒6000余千升。几十年来，南福牌系列酒深受群众喜爱，产品畅销全国各地。

公司产品主要有：“南福工坊”系列、“南福淡雅”系列、南福牌“宜宾原酒”系列、南福典藏、南福大曲等十几个品种，几十个规格。

1986年企业加入四川省白酒专业协会成为会员单位；2004年成为四川省酿酒协会常务理事单位；2009年，公司成为四川省食品安全监管协会常务理事单位；2011年4月成为中国酿酒工业协会会员。2005年12月通过ISO9001：2000质量管理体系认证；2009年10月获得中食联盟(北京)认证中心酒类质量管理体系认证。
