汕头市澄海区老山合腊味厂是一家专业加工生产肉制品的腊味厂，座落在汕头市澄海区凤翔南门北旱工业区，首创厂址在原广东省澄海县澄城城北树仔脚火烧桥头，创始人为城北黄氏垂裕堂第十世黄钦山，店名为“山合”。1890年，第二代传人黄允坤（黄钦山的长子）为提高腊味产品质量，赴省城学得制作腊味的全套技艺归来之后，把店名改为“老山合”。至今已有百余年历史。

工厂生产的产品主要有：香味独特的猪头粽也称猪首花，清香似锦的肉松，香甜俱佳的肉脯，鲜脆可口的肉丝，制作独特的腊肉，色香俱佳的腊肠、卤味，软罐烧鸭、烧鸡、鸭脚，五香牛肉等系列产品。其督制的猪头粽及各项腊味以选料上乘，调味考究，制作精湛，风味特佳而著称。
