苏州津津食品有限公司由原苏州食品厂改制而成,主要生产苏州著名特产“津津”豆腐干,玫瑰腐乳等系列产品,乃其前身为解放前“老津津牛肉干工厂”首创于清末民初,至今已有近百年历史。

津津食品经过多年的发展和扩建,已经建立了占地面积60亩、建造了二万平方米的现代化生产车间,彻底改变了传统豆腐工厂的作坊式生产,工艺车间布局完全按照HACCP(食品安全认证)及GMP(出口食品生产企业卫生规范)布置建设,采用来自日本、德国的成熟技术,建立了全不锈钢的现代化流水线,从大豆浸泡,连续煮浆至豆腐成型生产线,全自动油炸生产线,包转生产线,至最后全自动高温杀菌锅,每一道工序都整洁有序,充分保证产品的质量和安全。

卤汁豆腐干为苏州传统特产,多少年来一直为苏州食品厂生产经营,直至九十年代初,计划经济时代向市场经济时代的过渡,市场上生产的卤汁豆腐干企业开始大量涌现,最多达十五家左右,但唯有“津津牌”最为正宗著名,“津津牌”卤汁豆腐干,精选上等原料,配以优质辅料,使用传统技法和先进工艺精心制作而成;卤汁丰富、色泽光亮、鲜甜软糯,风味独特。兼具苏州卤菜和蜜饯两大风味特色,是馈赠亲友和旅游携食的理想佳品。除了“卤汁豆腐干”系列产品以外,津津食品公司先后开发了素火腿、素爆鱼、开洋、五香、虾味香干、桂花糖藕、肉汁酱煨蛋、笋豆等休闲食品,玫瑰、糟方、红方各式乳腐,产品销售区域扩大至华东地区及全国范围和国外市场(以华人超市为主),同时与沪宁线为主的沃尔玛、大润发、家乐福、华润、苏果等超市以及大卖场进行战略合作,深受广大消费者的喜爱和欢迎。
