2008年陕西省武功县投资2000万建造美力源乳业生产项目，公司于2009年五月完成土建施工及主要设备的安装。

2010年底全国乳品行业的清理整顿中被陕西省工信厅确定为唯一的新建乳制品企业。

公司于2011年12月取得生产许可证书。

公司于2012年3月成为陕西省乳业生产技术委员会理事单位，8月份正式成为该委员会的委员单位。
