四川聚峰谷农业科技开发有限公司成立于2014年11月，是一家集油橄榄规模种植、生态养殖、科技研发、精深加工、示范推广、博览体验、品牌运营等全产业链发展模式，和龙泉山森林公园建设、乡村文化旅游、田园体验度假于一体的一二三产业深度融合的大型综合性农业开发企业。

2017年金堂油橄榄种植面积约4.5万亩，按照金堂油橄榄产业发展规划，3年后金堂油橄榄种植面积将达到10万亩。聚峰谷公司作为金堂县油橄榄协会理事长单位，目前已成为成都地区油橄榄种植面积较大的企业，未来将带动金堂10万亩油橄榄产业基地发展,成为金堂油橄榄产业化项目的核心载体。油橄榄丰产期后，鲜果亩产量达1500-2000斤，按2016年单斤价格5元算，亩收入可达7500-10000元；按平均出油率14%，2015年单斤油价为100-160元计算，企业单亩加工利润可达到1万元。聚峰谷积极践行乡村振兴战略，通过创新的三种带动机制融入油橄榄种植产业，让农民增加了收入、尝到了甜头。

公司于2014年11月开始投资建设聚峰谷油橄榄城市森林公园，项目位于金堂县淮州新城龚家山片区，项目规划范围涉及龚家村、天台村、小柏村、舒家湾村、万福村和姜棚村6个行政村，总规划面积约3万亩，已完成投资5亿，计划总投资50亿元。截止目前，项目已流转土地面积约20000余亩，种植油橄榄约10000亩、苗木近21万株，其他经济景观林达3000亩、苗木约40万株。

公司于2017年10月正式启动一号地块建设，该项目毗邻淮洲新城，占地1000余亩，涵盖聚峰谷园区景观大门、油橄榄研究院、博物馆、加工体验中心以及航天育种观光采摘园和航天科普体验园，除此以外，还配套建设了花园餐厅、婚纱摄影基地等文旅项目，目前大部分项目主体工程已经结束，预计于2018年下半年正式运营，其他大地景观、川西民居、徽派企业总部、西班牙风情酒店、帐篷酒店、特色风情民宿等更多配套功能也正加紧实施。不负重托、砥砺前行，在各级政府和领导的支持和关怀下，聚峰谷积极抢抓“乡村振兴”和“成都东进”战略，将打造成为龙泉山城市森林公园东北门户城市的重要节点和成都城市会客厅。
