台沃企业技术中心是四川省人民政府认定的省级企业技术中心。中心设立了生态农业研究中心（与四川农大农学院合建）、四川省生态环保配方肥研发中心（与四川省农科院土肥所合建）、四川省肥料资源高效利用科研基地（与四川省农科院土肥所合建）。2015年四川省发改委批复建立“作物专用配方肥工程实验室”，同年还建立了绵阳市院士(专家)工作站、台沃长江中下游安徽水稻育种站、台沃长江中下游玉米育种研究室。
