北京智尚捷付科技有限责任公司（下文称“智尚捷付”）是一家专注于城市轨道交通行业自动售检票系统（AFC）的集成商和新兴支付系统解决方案的提供商。

智尚捷付是由城市轨道交通AFC系统集成商—三星数据系统（中国）有限公司（以下简称“三星SDS”）智慧支付事业部核心团队共同投资成立，旨在顺利完成对三星SDS所签订的所有AFC项目的合同履约，协助三星SDS顺利实现业务转型。三星SDS是AFC行业的企业，在过去15年的经营中，以技术和丰富的项目管理经验创造出了辉煌的业绩。智尚捷付将继承三星SDS的技术和项目管理优势，重构企业管理和业务管理，打造青出于蓝甚于蓝的崭新企业。

作为一家新型的IT企业，智尚捷付专注于行业应用创新，以AFC为起点，革新传统行业解决方案，开拓新的支付应用方案，服务于社会。

初始员工50人，绝大部分员工在三星SDS工作期间参加超过十个AFC项目的开发和管理工作，拥有丰富的行业经验。这个团队自2002年开始在三星SDS陆续完成了27条地铁线路的AFC系统项目以及多个升级改造项目。

智尚捷付从三星SDS继承了25个未完成的AFC项目，同时还独立与客户或集成商签订了若干合同，涵盖AFC项目的软硬件开发、项目管理、升级改造和备品备件等方面。

Samsung SDS is an enterprise in AFC industry. In the past 15 years of operation, it has created brilliant achievements with technology and rich project management experience. Zhishangjiefu will inherit the technology and project management advantages of Samsung SDS, restructure enterprise management and business management, and build a new enterprise that is more blue than blue. As a new IT enterprise, zhishangjiefu focuses on industry application innovation, innovates traditional industry solutions, develops new payment application solutions and serves the society from AFC. There are 50 initial employees. Most of them have participated in the development and management of more than 10 AFC projects during their work in Samsung SDS, and they have rich industry experience. Since 2002, the team has successively completed AFC system projects of 27 metro lines and several upgrading projects in Samsung SDS. Zhishangjiefu inherited 25 unfinished AFC projects from Samsung SDS, and signed several contracts with customers or integrators independently, covering software and hardware development, project management, upgrading and spare parts of AFC projects.
