Grtn is led by the Ministry of industry and other government departments and has a contractual relationship with the owner of the grid. Grtn's main responsibilities are to manage transmission and dispatching; to define network maintenance and development plan according to safety, reliability and economic standards; and to sign contracts with grid owners. Two more companies have been established under grtn, namely market operator (MO) Company and single buyer (sb) company. Grtn owns 100% of the two companies.
