江苏省食品集团有限公司前身是江苏省食品总公司,组建于1953年,是全省肉类食品行业的主管机构。半个世纪以来,为保障市场供应、促进经济发展做出了卓越的贡献。

2003年公司整体改制,成为产权多元化的股份制企业集团。集团公司由6个控股子公司和4个全资分公司组成,下设5个管理部室和1个质检中心。集团公司依法建立了股东大会、董事会、监事会和总经理室,并健全了党委、工会和共青团组织。

集团公司实行扁平化管理,对核心成员企业实行事业部制,设肉品事业部,统一对苏食肉品公司、苏食淮安公司和生猪养殖分公司管理。设药品事业部,统一对润天生化公司、南京生化研究所和《中国生化药物杂志》管理。

Jiangsu food group Co., Ltd., formerly known as Jiangsu Food Corporation, was established in 1953 and is the competent authority of the meat food industry in Jiangsu Province.
