浙江江南大厦股份有限公司的前身为嘉兴江南大厦，成立于1988年6月1日，开业以来一直坚持“诚信、务实、创新、发展”的企业精神，逐步发展成为集百货商场、连锁超市、天天农展、金融服务、城镇化建设于一体的多功能、多业态、综合性的现代企业集团。
