河南省康福源中药生物科技有限公司于2005年6月14日注册成立，位于郑（州）常（平）公路52公里处。公司原占地面积9100平方米，现已扩建至15000余平方米，建筑面积15000余平方米，设计年加工中药材4000余吨。公司于2006年6月正式投产，注册资金2100万元。公司现有在职员工128人。

公司拥有办公楼一栋（三层），产品展示厅一座（二层），生产车间一栋（三层），配电室、厕所、水房、运输车辆8台等。生产车间有制造中药所需的各种机器设备：锅炉设备、提炼设备、磨料设备、烘干设备、搅拌设备、糖衣机、多种类型包装机、新型压片机（含各种异型冲头及模具）等大、中、小型生产设备550余台。办公楼有办公桌椅、空调、智能化办公设备等。2010年12月至今，新增生产车间一座（含苏打水生产设备一套、纯净水生产设备一套、桶装水生产设备一套），已有化验设备约128台（净化工作台、电子分析天平、电热恒培养箱、消毒柜等），具备技术研发、产品检测和大规模生产的能力。
