安徽省宁国顺昌机械有限公司坐落于宁国市经济技术开发区，前身为国家军工企业，1996年改制为股份有限责任公司。公司占地面积11万平方米，建筑面积2万平方米，总资产为8000万元，注册资金为1300万元，现有员工80余名，各类专业技术人员40余名。公司自2000年开始投入回转支承产品的研制，2002年正式开始批量生产，并于2003年通过ISO9001质量体系认证。
