历史沿革

海欣成立于1986年，早期专注于人造毛皮，长毛绒玩具和纺织面料的生产和销售，上世纪90年代末期，集团已成为国内乃至亚洲人造毛皮（长毛绒）行业较大的生产供应商之一，占国内同类产品出口份额的25%，取得了良好的经济和社会效益。2000年前后，集团开始多元化投资经营，一方面积极投资生物医药以及医药销售领域，另一方面开始涉足金融领域，投资了长江证券，并与长江证券、武钢股份共同发起设立了长信基金管理有限责任公司。经过30多年的发展，海欣由一家从事人造长毛绒制品生产销售的制造加工型企业发展成为同时在A、B股上市的、集纺织服装、医药、金融投资和工业地产开发为一体的多元化投资控股集团。

“一主两翼、协同发展”的新产业格局

2017年5月，公司董事会审议通过公司《上海海欣集团股份有限公司五年发展规划（2017-2021年）》，确定公司拟形成以医疗健康产业为主、地产物业及金融投资为辅的“一主两翼、协同发展”的新产业格局。以医疗健康产业板块为主体，在发展现有医药生产、销售流通的基础上，聚焦肿瘤治疗产业； 以金融为支撑，通过兼并并购、合资合作等多种方式积极整合集团的发展能力；以医疗园区开发为延伸，建设平台式国际医学中心和医学产业园区，以此集聚和承载优质医学产业项目和要素，形成“平台+医疗+资本”的发展新模式，以此推动海欣发展成为以肿瘤治疗为主导和特色的医疗健康产业集团。
