湖南德伊木业有限公司，的前身为长沙市雨花区宝美耐装饰材料厂，成立于2000年，主要生产与销售复合地板。2006年在长沙县安沙镇买地15575平米，2007年成立长沙宝美耐木业有限公司，新建纲结构标准厂房8000余平米，新建标准办公楼1900余平米。2011年5月更名为湖南德伊木业有限公司，注册资金1000万元。2011年8月经湖南省发改委批准，湖南省商务厅注册，湖南德伊木业有限公司成为对外投资企业。2012年3月，湖南德伊木业有限公司与阿赛鲁新（柬埔寨）有限公司（All Solution(Combodia)Co.,Ltd）合作成立柬湘木业有限公司（Jian xiang wood business(Combodia)Co., Ltd),湖南德伊木业有限公司投入220万美元，主要从事4万公顷原始森林的木材加工。公司专注于强化复合地板的研发与生产和销售，是一家集木地板科研，生产，销售于一体的现代化大型企业。积累了丰富的生产经验和一大批专业研发人员和优秀的生产、销售、服务类人才。

In August 2011, approved by Hunan Provincial Development and Reform Commission and registered by Hunan Provincial Department of Commerce, Hunan Deyi Wood Industry Co., Ltd. became a foreign investment enterprise. In March 2012, Hunan Deyi Wood Industry Co., Ltd. and all solution (Combodia) Co., Ltd. jointly established the Cambodian wood business (Combodia) Co., Ltd. Hunan Deyi Wood Industry Co., Ltd. invested $2.2 million, mainly engaged in wood processing of 40000 hectares of virgin forest. The company focuses on R & D, production and sales of laminate flooring. It is a modern large-scale enterprise integrating research, production and sales of wood flooring. We have accumulated rich production experience, a large number of professional R & D personnel and excellent production, sales and service talents. The company strengthens internal management, strictly controls the production process, and establishes a complete set of perfect quality management system.
