河北宜美康环保科技股份有限公司的前身是文安县星胜板厂，成立于1998年，是中国北方较早的胶合板生产厂家。公司位于我国北方胶合板生产基地——左各庄，东距天津45公里，北依津保高速、距离廊沧高速仅5公里，距北京100公里，西临京九铁路、106国道，地理位置不彰自显。公司占地30000平方米、建筑面积15000平方米，注册资金300万元，拥有总资产9000万元。现有员工110余人。

从1998年建厂开始生产普通胶合板。宜美康秉承质量为先的理念，精益求精抓质量，不断开拓市场。

2002年全球家具巨头瑞典宜家家居进入中国大陆，在中国寻求OEM工厂和原材料供应商，宜家在整个家居行业从始至终制定和执行的都是苛刻的管理和质量标准，在众多供应商中宜美康以严谨的态度和过硬的质量赢得了宜家工程师的认可，但当时我厂用普通脲醛胶生产的产品并不能达到宜家的欧洲Eo标准，所以在宜家的建议下，公司引进了太尔E0胶，也正是因为我们的存在太尔才开始做中国市场。经过近半年的反复试验，2003开始正式生产E0级板材，成为瑞典宜家家居东亚地区多层板指定供应商。在当时的中国还没有人了解E0的概念。

在2006年我们通过宜家与清华大学生物质无醛木质材料胶黏剂课题组建立合作，共同开发大豆蛋白胶无醛胶合板的工业化生产，2008年终于开启了无醛胶人造板工业化生产，并于2009年3月26号顺利通过了美国CARB认证，并且通过NAF无醛级别。证书编号N-09-016。成为全世界第十六家通过CARB认证的企业。NAF级别板材是在生产过程中采用的胶黏剂、腻子、隐蔽剂等化工原料中不能有甲醛组分。板材甲醛释放量小于等于实木。

从2008年我们一直在生产健康环保的胶合板。并且将产品通过宜家全球近400家超级卖场的平台销往世界各地。接受者全世界严格的甲醛释放标准的检验。从未出现甲醛释放量超标等质量问题。

Among many suppliers, yimeikang won the recognition of IKEA engineers with its rigorous attitude and excellent quality. However, at that time, our factory produced ordinary urea formaldehyde glue Our products are not up to the European EO standard of IKEA, so at IKEA's suggestion, the company introduced Tyr E0 adhesive, which is precisely because of our presence that Tyr began to make the Chinese market. After nearly half a year of repeated tests, in 2003, the company began to officially produce E0 grade boards, becoming the designated supplier of IKEA's East Asia multilayer boards in Sweden. At that time, no one in China understood the concept of E0. In 2006, we established a cooperation with Tsinghua University Students material formaldehyde free wood material adhesive research group through IKEA to jointly develop the industrial production of soybean protein glue formaldehyde free plywood. In 2008, we finally started the industrial production of formaldehyde free wood-based panel, and successfully passed the carb certification in the United States on March 26, 2009, and passed the NaF aldehyde free level. Certificate No. n-09-016. It has become the 16th carb certified enterprise in the world. NaF grade plate is used in the production process of adhesives, putty, concealer and other chemical raw materials, which can not have formaldehyde component. Formaldehyde emission of board is less than or equal to that of solid wood. Since 2008, we have been producing healthy and environmentally friendly plywood.
