程海保尔年产1500吨螺旋藻项目新增螺旋藻养殖面积110.7万平方米，年产螺旋藻1500吨，红球藻40吨，销售收入30.66亿元，利润5.85亿元，税收8.88亿元，项目总投资16.95亿元。
