满记甜品集团创建于1995年，在香港西贡区创办第一间香港特式“糖汇甜品”专门店，经过五年的独有家庭式管理及不断的研制创新，幸运地得到各食客的认同。并于2000年在西贡总店毗邻扩展多两所分店，及创办以“手造甜品”的品牌于香港九龙半岛尖沙咀新港中心开设第一间分店，并于同年集团以全资公司“半边天实业有限公司”增设一所中央食物工场，供应食物产品给各店铺，为求达到产品的质量保证，于2003年在泰国开设独立工场，直接采购泰国水果及包装产品出口到香港，使客人能在四季品尝到最佳的满记甜品，直至2007年2月，满记甜品集团已于香港多个商业旅游购物区开设共16所分店。现时全集团每年平均营业额大约为港币七千万元，现成为香港甜品业的知名品牌及导航者，计划在中国内地和东南亚地区拓展甜品皇国。2006年5月，满记集团成员多次来长沙考察市场，充分认可满记在湖南的发展潜力。并于同年八月与长沙满记甜品有限公司签订了加盟合同，授权其为湖南省的总代理商。2006年10月，长沙满记甜品有限公司开设了一所面积六百多平方米的中央食品加工厂，并在两个月内开设了长沙鸿铭店和解放西路店、东牌楼店。集团除经营现有香港西贡区总店店铺外，亦有策略性地在本地各商业旅游区及潮流购物商场开设连锁式甜品分店。截至二00九年九月，集团在香港境内开设了共十九间自家营运的『满记甜品』分店，店铺遍布香港、九龙、新界及离岛。
