烟台同翔食品有限公司座落于美丽的人间仙境蓬莱，西临国家一类开放港口蓬莱港，北临206国道，与新建的潮水机场近在咫尺，交通运输便利。

公司成立于2011年5月，是集水产品育苗、海水养殖、水产品精深加工为一体的现代化品加工企业。

公司占地面积15000平方米。目前已在厂内建设了可容纳500余人的现代化水产品加工车间一座，目前员工200余人。加工的产品有冻半壳虾夷贝、冻煮虾夷贝丁、蒜蓉粉丝扇贝、同翔蟹棒、同翔虾排、同翔贝堡、鱿鱼板串、鱿鱼须串、鱿鱼圈、鱿鱼花、鱿鱼排等，产品远销美国、日本、韩国、新加坡、澳大利亚、马来西亚、刚果（金）和国内各大城市及地区。2012年分别取得了QS认可和出口备案资质证书。2014年取得HACCP体系认证和清真认证。车间内配置了食品连续单冻机2台、速冻间2座，同时还拥有与之配套的高灵敏金属探测器、全自动封口机、不锈钢打包机、流水线传送机等设施，按照国内及进出口食品生产企业要求进行规划建造，硬件设施配套齐全。

公司投资50万元建设了化验室，增设了大量的仪器设备。可对产品中盐分、水分、麻痹性贝毒、腹泻性贝毒、细菌总数、大肠菌群、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门氏菌的检测。检测人员取得了国家人力资源和社会保障部颁发的“职业资格证书”。
