公司发展历程

1998年9月16日，注册成立广州市国砚实业发展有限公司。

1998年10月，公司首次与中山大学机械厂合作开发洗衣粉搅拌机械。

1999年8月，公司提出“打造最具价值创富企业!”的发展宗旨和“你成功我快乐！”的经营理念。

2000年3月，公司首次提供产品技术和标准委托华南理工大学化机厂生产不锈钢蒸馏设备等食品机械。

2000年5月，公司首次建立企业网站，开展网络营销。

2001年3月，公司的河粉机产品首次通过广州市产品质量企业标准检测。

2002年2月，公司申请的自动分料装置实用新型专利首次获得国家专利局批准生效。

2003年6月9日，公司投资的第一家机械厂在广州市黄埔区塘口成立，专业生产河粉机等食品机械和塑料再生造粒机等塑料机械。

2003年10月16日，广州市国研机械设备制造有限公司注册成立，同时注册了“国研GUOYAN”商标。
