中科院南京耐尔思光电仪器有限公司,注册资本2800万元是中科院南京天文仪器有限公司全资子公司(品牌为NAIRC耐尔思)。母公司创建于1958年。是国内唯一的以研制大中小型天文仪器、兼顾其它光机电、计算机一体化仪器、设备的研制和生产基地。法人资产1.2亿元。现耐尔思光电公司占地面积180余亩。现有员工300余人,其中中国工程院院士1名,研究员9名,副高级专业技术人员40余名,中、初级工程技术人员60余名,高、中级技工约140名。公司拥有仪器总体、光学、精密机械、自动控制、计算机技术等综合学科的研究和设计优势;是天体物理、天文技术与方法等学科的博士和硕士学位的授予点,现有研究生导师10余人;有若干大中型光学冷加工设备、精密机械加工设备和检测装置;在双折射晶体、非球面尤其是离轴非球面等光学加工工艺方面处于国内领先地位,射电望远镜毫米波面板技术在国内也名列前茅。公司以天文技术与方法为学科研究方向,主要研制领域是恒星观测仪器、太阳观测仪器、人造卫星观测仪器、天体测量仪器、射电天文仪器和其它光机电、计算机一体化仪器,多年来研制专业仪器70余种600多台套。2.16米天文望远镜、天文望远镜光学研究、太阳多通道望远镜、太阳磁场望远镜、1.2米红外望远镜、太阳精细结构望远镜等50余项科技成果分别获得国家科技进步一等奖、国家自然科学二等奖及省部级奖。公司现已被命名为全国青少年走进科学世界科技活动示范基地、中国科院学科普基地和江苏省科普基地。近十年来,随着科教兴国战略的实施,我公司为科学知识的普及和教育事业做了大量的工作,先后为科技馆、少儿活动中心和大、中、小学建立天象厅及天文台累计600百余家,其中有北京大学、清华大学、南京大学、中国科技大学、北京景山学校、山东省科技馆、北京师范大学、西北师范大学等诸多知名单位。天文台已遍及美国、韩国、日本、西班牙、香港、澳门、台湾国家和地区。公司现通过了ISO9001国际质量体系认证。
