泾川县旭康食品有限责任公司始建于2003年1月，是一户集肉牛养殖、屠宰分割、肉类加工、销售和出口为一体的全产业链民营企业。

公司位于中国西部重要省份——甘肃省东部泾川县境内，西距金城兰州400公里，东距古都西安220公里。历史上的泾川曾是王母故里，至今台湾同胞每年都组团朝觐。当地依山傍水，环境幽雅，是国务院命名的“绿化卫生小城镇，也是中国国家农业部划定的全国肉牛优势产区和西北重要的优质畜产品加工贸易中心。

公司目前占地3.5万平方米，建筑面积6200m2，总资产5900万元；有肉牛养殖基地一座，年屠宰4万头牛屠宰分割生产线一条，年产1500吨熟肉制品生产线一条，年产4000吨出口罐头生产线一条，年产1500吨真空冷冻干燥生产线一条，1500吨排酸速冻冷藏库一座，年产5000吨牛粪有机肥生产线一条。
