清以前，官桥一带民间，逢节日喜庆，制作一种以糯米为主要原料的糕点。清雍正年间（1723-1735年），官桥赤岭林光武善作此糕点，因钦差陈万策奉旨到安溪赈灾而有机会让雍正帝品尝并赐名桔红糕。清光绪年间（1875-1908年）林光武嗣孙林维扁精心加以改进，形成一套独特的手工制作技艺，其流程包括研磨、配制、切块三个部份。 “清光绪年间（1875~1908年），官桥赤岭林维扁（字敬圆）开设“成珍”号店铺，研制出“成珍”桔红糕。第二代传人林文传（字祖时），子承父业，将“成珍”老铺经营得有声有色。

1978年后，“成珍”第三代传人林炳火（字修明）、第四代传人林国基，继承传统工艺，结合现代科技，精选原辅材料，使“成珍”桔红糕质量进一步提高，销量进一步扩大。1996年3月，安溪成珍食品有限公司成立，法人代表林炳火，总经理林国基。公司位于省道206线旁官桥镇东大路880~882号。公司成立后，业务进步扩大，除生产“成珍”桔红糕外，还开发生产珍珠酪（芝麻酪、花生酪）、蜜金桔、蜜姜片、寸枣等系列产品。其产品质量上乘，包装精美，名闻遐迩，畅销闽南及东南亚各地，成为喜庆必不可少的吉祥食品。

1999年9月，公司在因特网上建立网站，开展网上贸易，取得一定效果，声誉也进一步提高。

The second generation successor, Lin Wenchuan, inherited his father's business and managed the "Chengzhen" old shop well. After 1978, Lin Binghuo, the third generation successor of Chengzhen, and Lin Guoji, the fourth generation successor, inherited traditional technology, combined with modern science and technology, selected raw and auxiliary materials, so that the quality of Chengzhen orange red cake was further improved and the sales volume was further expanded. In March 1996, Anxi Chengzhen Food Co., Ltd. was established with legal representative Lin Binghuo and general manager Lin Guoji. The company is located at No. 880-882, Dongda Road, Guanqiao Town, beside Provincial Road 206. After the establishment of the company, the business progress expanded. In addition to the production of "Chengzhen" orange cake, the company also developed and produced pearl cheese (Sesame Cheese, peanut cheese), orange, ginger slices, inch dates and other series of products.
