2014年，SMARTNET设备状态管理软件、ICCD刻录管理软件上市，更好的满足办公自动化及信息安全的多样化需求。

2013年，启动产业大联盟计划，开展与复印机/打印机厂商的战略合作，目前（2017/2/6前）已支持多达9个品牌（理光、夏普、柯美、东芝、三星、利盟、震旦、联想、方正）的复印机。

2012年，创办西安、武汉、上海、成都、广州办事处，发展代理商及合作伙伴，业务覆盖到全国。
