公司成立于1993年8月，下辖浙江健力钢管有限公司、江苏健力钢管有限公司，总占地面积72万平方米，总资产20亿元，是一家专业生产轴承钢管，集科、工、贸于一体的规模企业。公司技术力量雄厚、检测设备完备，产品生产严格按照相关国际、国家标准执行。目前，公司已获得特种设备制造许可认证， IS09001、API5CT.API5L、API5D 、TS16949、IS014000等多项体系认证。

公司生产的 JOL 牌轴承钢管，采用具有实用新型发明专利的生产工艺流程，执行中国的国家标准GB/T18254-2002相关的国际标准及企业标准，生产适合于中小型轴承生产的钢管。凭借精良的设备及工艺，齐全的检测设备，可降低轴承的材料及生产成本，现已在轴承行业得到广泛应用。自2002年开始年产销量保持在12万吨以上，是国内较大的轴承钢管生产基地。

2010年初开始，公司在江苏盱眙投资建设江苏健力钢管有限公司和健力轴承产业园。同时，公司在诸暨总部生产基地专辟车间，一期设计产能5万吨，二期计划年产能7万吨，全部建成后，公司将具备年产25万吨轴承钢管的生产规模，其中精品轴承管将年产12万吨以上。

At the same time, the company has set up a special workshop in the production base of Zhuji headquarters. The design capacity of the first phase is 50000 tons, and the annual capacity of the second phase is 70000 tons. When all are completed, the company will have an annual production scale of 250000 tons of bearing steel pipes, including 120000 tons of high-quality bearing pipes.
