我乐厨柜了解中国人的厨房生活方式和习惯,从中国社会结构、家庭结构、饮食习惯、厨房使用方式等各个层面,并为每一个中国消费者打造个性化厨房生活方式。我乐拥有产品研发能力,旗下的我乐厨房实验研究中心,拥有近10名欧洲设计师和近50名国内设计师团队。

位于南京市江宁区的我乐厨柜中国生产基地,是一个“信息化、高速化、自动化、智能化、立体化”-五化一体的厨柜生产基地, 总占地面积达9万平方米,年产能达36万套。2016年即将建成的我乐溧水生产基地占地将是现有厂房面积的6倍,建成投产后的产能将可达到60亿,高于现有工厂22倍的生产效率。此外,我乐引进多套全自动化柔性生产线,旨在促成我乐溧水生产基地各个板块工厂高效智能的生产需求,为我乐建造“智能工厂”,实现家居工业4.0革命而努力。

我乐厨柜致力于公益事业,自2008年起我乐推行“橙色课桌计划”,旨在为贫困山区小区无偿捐赠课桌。如今该项公益活动已开展了8年,受赠学校360所,涉及65个乡镇和地区,让14000个孩子用上新课桌。

我乐厨柜“橙色温暖”客户回访活动自2011年起,旨在为客户提供高品质的厨房售后维护服务,这也渐渐成为我乐一项持续的品牌服务活动。每年年末我乐全国1000家店面统一行动,走访家家户户,了解客户需求,并在约定的时间亲自上门免费清理维修。届时戴有我乐标志的工作人员将走访每一位客户家,洗一洗、擦一擦、修一修,让厨房整洁美观、牢固耐用。

从2007年起,我乐厨柜的客户满意度保持在98%~99%之间,其对新老客户的服务不仅体现在销售和安装过程,更体现在售后服务上,包括每年定期主动回访、免费上门维修保养,更重要的是柜体五年质保期。2010年起,我乐厨柜还在原有的售后服务团队基础上专门成立了400呼叫中心,帮助客户解决难题。

Our kitchen cabinet is committed to public welfare. Since 2008, we have been implementing the orange desk project, which aims to donate desks to poor mountainous areas. Now the public welfare activity has been carried out for 8 years, with 360 schools, 65 towns and regions, and 14000 children using the new desks. Since 2011, the "orange warm" customer return visit activity of our kitchen cabinet aims to provide customers with high-quality after-sales maintenance services for the kitchen, which has gradually become an ongoing brand service activity of our company.
