吉林华润和善堂人参有限公司（简称“华润和善堂”）是大型国有控股医药上市企业华润三九医药股份有限公司旗下全资子公司，前身为吉林省宏久和善堂人参有限公司。公司成立于1998年，于2014年8月18日进入华润三九，2015年1月23日更名为“吉林华润和善堂人参有限公司”。

华润和善堂座落在风光秀丽、气候宜人、人参历史悠久的“中国人参之乡”抚松，注册资本1314万元，是集人参规范化种植、人参饮片加工、人参系列大健康产品开发、生产与销售及全球贸易为一体的专业化人参企业。

公司占地面积40216平方米，建筑面积15692.8平方米，拥有人参GAP种植基地、中药饮片GMP车间、食品生产车间、保健食品GMP车间，拥有国内人参种植、中药饮片生产加工、食品和保健食品开发及生产、提取技术和设备。
