上海申贝办公机械进出口有限公司（以下简称上海申贝）是上工申贝（集团）股份有限公司全资子公司。上工申贝系注册资金4.488亿元，于1994年在上海证券交易所AB股同时上市（600843，900924)，2005年起先后成功收购德国DurkoppAdlerAG、KSLKeilmann和PFAFFIndustriesysteme三家集团公司。

自营品牌业务---主要经营：申贝牌碎纸机、财务装订机和裁纸机的生产和销售，把申贝品牌的相关产品做强做大。
