广州钢铁企业集团有限公司(简称“广钢”)前身是1958年投产的广州钢铁厂。广钢一直以钢铁为主业,炼钢生产能力550万吨/年。

从2008年开始,按照广东省的战略部署,广钢进入宝钢重组广钢、广钢环保搬迁建设湛江钢铁项目的特殊时期。历经近四年的资产重组过程,2011年8月,宝钢集团与广州市签署了“宝钢重组广钢系列协议”,广钢步入了关停钢铁企业、退出钢铁主业,实施转型发展的改革阶段。截止2013年9月,广钢退出或关停全部钢铁企业,截止2016年底,“广钢转型发展实施方案”圆满收官,顺利完成三个重组和四个层面的转型发展任务,实现企业平稳过渡存续,开启发展新广钢的新时期。

新广钢,新业绩。2017年,广钢生产销售各类产品420万吨,产销率大于100%;大宗商品贸易货物360万吨,仓储物流配送吞吐量1100万吨;实现营业收入167.88亿元、工业产值99亿元;再现产业盈利能力,实现利润总额9.45亿元、归母净利润6.42亿元;截止2017年底,广钢资产总额185.04亿元、净资产总额55.18亿元。
