四季沐歌企业大学成立于2009年5月5日，是设立在企业组织架构内以人才培养为主要任务的重要职能部门。其职责在于根据企业战略发展需要，培养企业内部或者与企业相关的人员，使之成为具有成长性、实践性和创新性的人才，是一条企业生产和复制人才的“流水线”。在2010年，企业大学重点建设和加强“人才培养项目的设计与实施”、“企业大学教材体系建设”、“内部讲师团队打造”职能。
