“长昇源”,老号是位于山西平遥古城中心的一家三百多年的黄酒厂。建于明代崇祯(1626——1644)年间,初建字号为“聚昇源”,意为顾客盈门,1900年慈禧太后西逃路经平遥,饮了“长昇源”黄酒,膳食“长昇源”点心后,特赐一个“长”字,“聚昇源”遂改为“长昇源”。

1952年国家粮棉油统购统销,“长昇源”老店停业,1995年“长昇源”第六代传人郭怀仁先生恢复了“长昇源”,使享誉三晋的长昇源黄酒重新问世。

“长升源”黄酒原料为糯米,按照秘方并延用传统工艺进行纯手工酿制,酿出的黄酒甜、香、绵,风味独特,且有药用价值。

1997年联合国教科文专家田中淡先生考察平遥,亲临长昇源老号视察,对长昇源老号大加赞赏,并将其作为平遥申报世界文化遗产项目之一。长昇源黄酒重新问世以来,颇受广大消费者的青睐。以它独特的风味赢得众多中外游客的赞美。随着平遥古城的对外开放,长昇源名气越来越大。世界各国游客争相购买长昇源老号产品。美国、英国、法国、意大利、日本、韩国、港澳、台湾地区、东南亚各国人来平遥,总要来长昇源看看。


"Chang Sheng Yuan", the old name is located in the center of Pingyao ancient city, Shanxi Province, a rice wine factory of more than 300 years. Built in the Ming Dynasty (1626-1644) in Chongzhen, Chu Jian's shop name was "Ju Sheng Yuan", which meant that the customers were in full swing. The yellow rice wine brewed is sweet, fragrant and soft, with unique flavor and medicinal value. In 1997, Mr. Tanaka, a UNESCO expert, visited Pingyao and visited the old Chang Shengyuan ship in person. He greatly appreciated the old Chang Shengyuan ship and regarded it as one of the world cultural heritage projects Pingyao declared. Since the reappearance of changshengyuan yellow rice wine, it has been favored by the majority of consumers. With its unique flavor, it has won the praise of many Chinese and foreign tourists.
