公司占地面积150000平方米,公司拥有各类高档进口织机1000余台,配套缝制设备200余台,年产各类装饰面料5000万米,各类家纺成品4500万件(套),是国内规模较大的从产品开发、设计、生产、销售为一体的生产基地之一。

公司的主导面料有:装饰布、沙发布、雪尼尔、薄纱等;主导成品系列有:床上用品、窗帘、靠垫、台布(餐桌布)等。产品以其质地优良、花型美观等优点,远销英国、德国、意大利、瑞典、西班牙、美国、加拿大、巴拿马、日本、南非、乌克兰、智利等几十个国家和地区,深受国内外用户的青睐。

公司前身为绍兴县提花色织布厂,当时只有国产提花织机数三十余台,提花布为公司的主要核心产品,主要销往国内各省、市、自治区。随着市场需求日益增长,出口趋势日益明朗,公司统观全局、放眼全球,逐渐将核心定位于国际市场,并在1999年取得产品自营进出口权。

公司先后从意大利、法国等地引进苏尔寿、史陶比高档提花织机一百十二台,并根据市场需求,先后加设喷水机、泰坦剑杆机等设备,使公司在原有的销售国产提花布、各类箱包布、涂层布、窗帘布、雪尼尔、贴墙布等面料的基础上,更增添了高档面料、特立纶、窗纱布、有光布等品种,大大增加了在国内同行业中的出口份额。

同时,公司于2004年添置缝纫设备两百多套,正式成立绅花家纺车间。家纺车间的成立,使公司的出口产品更具灵活化和多样化,市场份额也进一步扩大。从单一出口成品的企业,转变成既有面料生产能力,又能根据市场不同要求,出口各类家纺成品的企业。
