中科纳米涂料技术（苏州）有限公司是依托中国科学院金属研究所在苏州工业园区注册组建的中外合资企业，公司主要开发生产具有自主知识产权的纳米氧化物浓缩浆和纳米复合涂料系列产品。

公司于2004年7月组建，2007年5月增资扩股，引入风险投资基金。公司位于中国新加坡合作苏州工业园区中科纳米苏州产业化基地内，占地面积20亩，总投资8,285万元。一期投资建设厂房面积为4,700平方米，已建成2条生产线，年生产能力：纳米浓缩浆液50万公斤、各种纳米复合涂料5,000吨。公司计划三年内增加2条纳米氧化物浓缩浆生产线，生产能力扩大到100万公斤;增加2条纳米涂料的生产线，生产能力扩大到10,000吨。

公司生产的纳米复合涂料系列产品经添加纳米氧化物浓缩浆后，涂料的各项性能均有提升：大幅度提高涂料的耐候性，增加涂料的寿命；提高涂料的耐磨性和耐划伤性；提高涂料的抗菌性；增加涂料的自情节功能；显著改进图层的耐腐蚀性。涂料产品已基本形成了以建筑内外墙涂料为主打，以飞机蒙皮涂料为技术，包含交通标线、环氧地坪、金属氟碳、桥梁护栏防腐、聚氨酯船壳、钢结构防火等涂料在内的完备产品体系。

Zhongke nano coating technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. is a Sino foreign joint venture registered by Metal Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences in Suzhou Industrial Park. The company mainly develops and produces nano oxide concentrated slurry and nano composite coating series products with independent intellectual property rights. The company was established in July 2004, increased capital and shares in May 2007, and introduced venture capital fund. The company is located in China Singapore cooperation Suzhou Industrial Park Zhongke nano Suzhou industrialization base, covering an area of 20 mu, with a total investment of 82.85 million yuan. The plant area invested in the first phase is 4700 square meters, and two production lines have been built, with an annual production capacity of 500000 kg of nano concentrated slurry and 5000 tons of various nano composite coatings. The company plans to add two production lines of nano oxide concentrated pulp within three years, with the production capacity expanded to 1 million kg; and two production lines of nano coating, with the production capacity expanded to 10000 tons. After adding nano oxide concentrated slurry, the properties of the nano composite coating series products produced by the company have been improved: greatly improving the weather resistance of the coating, increasing the life of the coating; improving the wear resistance and scratch resistance of the coating; improving the antibacterial property of the coating; increasing the self plot function of the coating; significantly improving the corrosion resistance of the layer. The coating products have basically formed a complete product system with the interior and exterior wall coating as the main product and the aircraft skin coating as the technology, including traffic marking, epoxy flooring, metal fluorocarbon, bridge guardrail anti-corrosion, polyurethane hull, steel structure fire protection and other coatings.
