中牧股份北京华罗饲料添加剂厂是中牧实业股份有限公司的全资企业，位于北京市通州区中关村科技园区通州园金桥科技产业基地环宇路13号，是一家专业化生产饲料添加剂的大型企业，主要产品是华罗牌维生素复合预混料。2010年复合多维生产销售5000吨，产值超过3.1亿元，可配制全价配合饲料4000多万吨。

工厂占地2万平方米，建筑面积7100多平方米，主厂房（含库房）为4863平方米；综合楼（办公及质控中心）1700平方米；锅炉房341平方米；水泵房（含门卫室）168平方米；厂区绿化面积及道路达13000平方米，总投资5000多万元。

工厂有两条现代化生产线，工艺设备全部由瑞士布勒公司设计、制造和安装，采用配料系统、混合系统和中央控制系统。两条生产线生产工艺流程分别从上向下垂直分布，每条生产线具有封闭的自动化生产管路，空间上独立，工艺流程上不发生任何交叉，年设计产能8000吨。

工厂现有员工72人；硕士学位人员2名，本科学历及以上人员共15人，占员工总数的20%；有高级职称人员2名。人员素质较高，富有创新能力。

华罗饲料

中牧股份天津华罗预混饲料厂成立于2005年3月，于2006年4月正式投产。工厂地处天津市武清区高村乡牛镇西，西侧距京津塘高速廊坊出口约10公里，东侧紧邻京津高速（京津塘2线），汽运交通极为便利。

天津厂现有职工127人，其中有硕士研究生3人，大专以上学历者占30%。天津华罗厂除天津本部外，还下辖南通华罗、郑州华罗两个分厂。

工厂拥有预混合饲料生产工艺和生产设备。是专门从事“华罗”牌复合预混合饲料及高品质浓缩饲料生产的企业。产品涵盖猪、肉鸡、蛋鸡、水产、反刍动物等多个系列共100多个品种。“华罗”产品销售范围覆盖全国。2008年天津华罗厂被天津市无公害饲料管理办公室认定为无公害饲料企业，天津华罗厂的预混料产品被认定为无公害饲料。

天津厂本部及两个分厂设计单班产能共36000吨/年。其中天津厂本部设计单班产能20000吨/年，南通分厂设计单班产10000吨/年，郑州分设计单班产6000吨/年。

工厂建立了严格和完善的产品质量控制和检验体系，并于2006年11月通过了ISO9000质量管理体系认证。工厂的QA 和QC从业人员全部拥有大专以上学历。

It is about 10km away from Langfang exit of Beijing Tianjin Tanggu Expressway on the west side and close to Beijing Tianjin Expressway (line 2 of Beijing Tianjin Tanggu Expressway) on the east side.
