北京特品降脂燕麦开发公司，成立于1993年，为中国农业科学院作物科学研究所主办，以农科院农业专家和二十余家医院的医学专家为依托的集科研、生产、销售一体化的国有科技型企业。

公司创立人农科院燕麦专家陆大彪教授于20世纪80年代初，历时十余年选育工作，通过五轮动物试验，三轮临床观察（洪昭光教授为总主持人）开发出“世壮”牌燕麦保健片。

1998年公司在河北省坝上地区建立了降脂燕麦基地，由中国农科院专家主持选育工作，历时6年选育出高β-葡聚糖、高蛋白质、高亚油酸的新品种G5。

为力求降脂燕麦品种纯正，不退化，公司建立了原料试验田、种子田、生产基地组成的品质保障体系，实现了原料生产、产品加工、至销售服务的可追溯性，达到了国家十一五规划中关于食品安全的要求。

The founder of the company, Professor Lu Dabiao, an oat expert of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences, spent more than ten years in breeding in the early 1980s. Through five rounds of animal experiments and three rounds of clinical observation (Professor Hong Zhaoguang as the general host), the company developed the "Shizhuang" brand oats health film. In 1998, the company established a fat reducing oats base in Bashang District, Hebei Province. Experts from Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences presided over the selection work. It took six years to select a new variety G5 with high β - glucan, high protein and high linoleic acid. In order to strive for the purity and non degradation of oat varieties, the company has established a quality assurance system consisting of raw material test field, seed field and production base, realized the traceability of raw material production, product processing and sales service, and met the requirements of food safety in the 11th Five Year Plan of the state.
