重庆市南桐特种水泥有限责任公司是重庆能源集团下属建材生产企业，是重庆市较大的资源综合利用水泥厂，公司位于重庆市万盛区南桐镇，毗邻渝万铁路、綦万高速公路和渝黔、渝湘国道，公路、铁路网络发达，交通十分方便。公司于1999年9月建成投产，2008年进行改扩建，生产能力达220万吨年以上。公司年消秏煤矸石、粉煤灰、脱硫石膏、铁矿废石、沸渣等“三废”物180万吨；利用煤矿废水20万m年。生产工艺采用新型干法窑外分解生产线，同时配套10mw纯低温余热发电系统，安装了10台容量为11000kw的高压变频器，中央集中控制室采用DCS控制，设备精良、自动化程度高，技术力量雄厚。
