延川县宏达有限责任公司创建于1999年5月，注册资金2100万元。总部位于延川县北新街，下设行政部、财务部、生产部、质检部、采购部、研发中心、营销中心等部门，现有员工136人，研究生以上学历12人、本科学历20人、专科学历50人。生产基地位于黄河峡谷红枣产业带的马家河工业园区，按照GMP和HACCP设计规范建设，是西北地区规模大、起点高、技术优良的万吨级红枣加工基地，占地面积近50亩，生产厂房建筑面积20000平方米。

宏达公司骐鸿枣业生产干制红枣、蜜饯、香酥脆枣、浓缩红枣汁、红枣汁、红枣酱、红枣酪、红枣粉产品，年产量达1.5万吨，产值1.6亿元。2011年出口创汇132万美元。在“十五”期间，公司计划在保障项目建设并投入生产的基础上，扩建红枣固体饮料、建设枣核活性炭加工生产线等高科技产品线，提高产品附加值，提升企业核心竞争力、增加经济和社会效益。同时在马家河工业园区建设大型红枣市场，加大红枣出口贸易力度，增强企业创汇能力，将其建设成西北较大的红枣聚集地，推动延川经济社会发展。

In 2011, the export earned US $1.32 million. During the Tenth Five Year Plan period, the company plans to expand the high-tech product lines such as red jujube solid beverage, jujube nuclear activated carbon processing production line, improve the added value of products, enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise, and increase economic and social benefits on the basis of ensuring the project construction and production.
