四川全兴酒业有限公司前身是以成都市水井街全兴老烧坊为基础,经公私合营、社会主义改造组成的“国营成都酒厂”,该厂创建于1951年。主营产品是成都府大曲。 全兴酒由于历史悠久、品质优良,风格独特,主要产品全兴大曲以酒香醇甜、爽口尾净远近闻名,一直受到广大消费者的喜爱。

2011年2月,光明食品集团所属上海糖酒集团一举投资控股全兴酒业67%的股权。目前四川全兴酒业有限公司注册地为成都市蒲江县大塘镇南街102号;注册资金为1亿1千2百万元人民币;主要股东上海糖业烟酒(集团)有限公司(以下简称上海糖酒公司)控股67%,成都工慧投资咨询有限公司(以下简称成都工慧公司)控股33%。公司现有蒲江和崇州两个生产基地,公司员工403人。光明食品集团控股全兴酒业以后,重新进行了战略定位、产业整合、资源布局。在品牌发展、产品规划、区域布局方面提升全兴酒业的竞争力。

双品牌支撑企业品牌:“熊猫”分品牌与“全兴”主品牌共同支撑“全兴”企业品牌。分品牌“熊猫酒”的使命是:以上海、成都为据点,分割茅台、五粮液的消费群体;主品牌“全兴” 现确立两大战略主导产品,“全兴井藏”和“全兴大曲”青花系列。“全兴井藏”的使命是成为大本营市场的主流政商务用酒,并拉动下延产品。全兴大曲“青花”系列的使命是在原有市场基础上掀起新的消费热潮,激活重塑“全兴大曲”的低端形象。

After holding Quanxing liquor industry, Guangming Food Group has carried out strategic positioning, industrial integration and resource layout again.
