1955年 AIKCHEONG诞生

在马六甲老城区Temple Street(鸡场街)的一间木屋里。刘桂香女士从当地及印度尼西亚和南美洲采购咖啡豆,采用由她创新的具有南洋特色的咖啡加工工艺,生产炭烧现磨咖啡粉,提供给当地市场消费。益昌公司的多个级别的咖啡产品得到当地越来越多消费者的认可。

1965年 AIKCHEONG走向世界

到了1965年,仅仅经营了十年的益昌公司生意逐渐做大,其店铺扩展到马六甲市周边的其他地区。益昌公司以“AIK CHEONG”为品牌的咖啡粉开始盛名远播,产品供不应求。

1970年 AIKCHEONG研发新品

在上世纪70年代,益昌公司除了继续生产炭烧现磨咖啡粉外,还在马来西亚较早开发出具有南洋咖啡新口味的白咖啡系列速溶饮品,推动咖啡饮品新潮流。随后,公司多次搬迁到更大的新厂址以扩大生产,满足市场需求。
