黔西南州嘉宏茶业有限责任公司，成立于2006年4月，位于兴义市七舍镇，依托七舍镇的地理资源优势，发展黔西南州兴义市七舍茶产业产品，是涵盖茶叶种植、生产和销售为一体的贵州省农业产业化经营企业。公司现有固定职工26人，零散用工约100人。

公司在七舍镇建有茶叶基地约2000亩；带动七舍镇农户种植约4000亩，改造老茶园约2000亩；带动并帮助敬南镇白河村大坡组成立《兴义市大坡茶叶农民专业合作社》，改造老茶园1500亩，新建茶园约1000亩；2014年带动七舍农户成立《兴义市永嘉种植农民专业合作社》。

公司在七舍建有占地面积为7.64亩的清洁化茶叶加工厂一座，于2010年3月投入生产。自主开发了“云盘山”系列以绿茶为代表的涵香，以红茶为代表的高原红，特色产品布依孃孃、布依女儿、古树茶等在社会上得到一定的认可，品质上等，供不应求。

公司按照统一标准收购高品质茶青，提高收购价格，并可从春茶上市开始一直收购茶叶到10月份，这样就大大提高了周边农户的收入。2013年“阳光工程”培训农户300人次，使农户对茶叶有一个新的认识，也提高了农户对种茶的积极性，还改善了以前当地只有生产春茶的习惯。并且通过大幅度提高古茶树茶青的价格，有效地保护了古茶树资源。通过一系列的努力，目前带动周边农户380余户，人均增收在2000元以上。
