公司创建于1984年6月，1993年5月，多元化经营成立了金华神州实业总公司，以印刷为主，拓展化工建设、家私制造等业务。1995年—1996年，范兆明总经理先后赴欧亚诸国考察，学习管理经验，引进优良设备，为第二次创业打下了良好的基础。1998年安装了自动糊盒机、折页机、锁线机的等包装装潢生产线，取得了较好的经济效益。2000年5月，引进德国罗兰五色胶印机和两台双面胶印机，完成了第二期的技改。

公司引进日本小森小全张四色超级丽色龙印刷机正式投产；又购置两台单色双面胶印机，2008年投资1000余万元，购置一台配页胶订联动线，该设备是金华地区一条装订流水线，一台数码印刷机及其他设备，使公司的硬件建设跃上了一个新的台阶。
