圣戈班石膏建材(上海)有限公司成立于1999年，为集团在华独资企业。生产基地位于上海市浦东新区金桥开发区南区，年产2000万平方米优质纸面石膏板。2005年，成立圣戈班石膏建材(常州)有限公司，年产3000万平方米优质纸面石膏板。
