三条全自动喷涂生产线由德国喷涂设备公司设计，采用立体自动化静电喷涂工艺。该喷涂线由前处理系统、喷粉室、固化炉三部分组成，并配备瑞士金马公司自动喷枪、日本干燥器设备，静电喷涂工艺采用天然气、电子恒温、环保节能技术，流水线按以下程序，即：工作水洗——脱脂——水洗——磷化——水洗——喷粉——固化——喷塑——加温烘烤——合格产品。所有喷涂产品在表面质量、平整均匀度、色彩的着色还原上均达到国际质量标准。
