洛阳莱特柜业（集团）有限公司，始建于一九八二年，它位于洛阳。它是一家集设计开发，生产销售于一体的大型专业集团公司。产品涵盖密集架、图书馆、档案馆系列设备、电子储物柜、办公桌椅、钢制资料柜、金融保险柜、校用设备等八大系列一百多个品种。公司注册资金1亿6千万元，年产值1亿8千万元。企业现拥有职工480人，其中具有中、高级工程师职称的52人，管理人员46人。

2013年3月，公司投入2.8亿元，在洛阳市伊滨区庞村镇工业园区，新建大型钢制办公家具生产加工基地，其建设项目建筑面积达6万多平方米。

2014年6月新厂建成投产。新建成的钣金生产流水线，生产加工设备全部由国内厂家购进。具有生产加工精度高、速度快、质量稳定、成品率高等特点。所配备的数条数控剪、冲、折、焊、钣金等自动生产流水线、5台数控机器人自动焊接设备、80余台套普通剪、冲、折设备已投入生产，二氧化碳保护焊、激光自动焊接等现代技术为产品的精细度加工打下坚实基础。

三条全自动喷涂生产线由德国喷涂设备公司设计，采用立体自动化静电喷涂工艺。该喷涂线由前处理系统、喷粉室、固化炉三部分组成，并配备瑞士金马公司自动喷枪、日本干燥器设备，静电喷涂工艺采用天然气、电子恒温、环保节能技术，流水线按以下程序，即：工作水洗——脱脂——水洗——磷化——水洗——喷粉——固化——喷塑——加温烘烤——合格产品。所有喷涂产品在表面质量、平整均匀度、色彩的着色还原上均达到国际质量标准。

新线的投产无论在设备技术上，生产工艺及产品质量等方面较以往都有质的飞跃，其中在对产品加工的控制、提高生产效率、降低劳动成本等方面，都有明显改善和大幅度的提升。目前企业所生产的钢制办公家具系列产品涵盖国防、金融、科研、文教卫、商业等领域，可满足国内外各个层面客户需求。

The spraying line is composed of three parts: pre-treatment system, powder spraying room and curing furnace. It is equipped with automatic spray gun and Japanese dryer equipment of Swiss Jinma company. The electrostatic spraying process adopts natural gas, electronic constant temperature, environmental protection and energy saving technology. The assembly line follows the following procedures: working water washing - degreasing - water washing - phosphating - water washing - powder spraying - curing - plastic spraying - adding Warm baking - qualified products. All spraying products have reached international quality standards in surface quality, evenness, and color reduction. In terms of equipment technology, production process and product quality, the production of the new line has made a qualitative leap compared with the previous ones.
