江苏民康油脂有限公司座落于淮安市，是一家以油菜籽、大豆为主要原料专业从事油脂加工的农业产业化企业。现拥有总资产2.7亿元，公司占地面积180亩，具有年加工油料40万吨的生产能力。主要产品为食用大豆油和国标一级、二级豆粕及附加值较高的全脂膨化大豆粉等。公司通过ISO9001国际质量体系认证、ISO14001环境管理体系认证及HACCP食品安全管理体系认证，是中国粮油食品协会会员单位，江苏省油脂协会理事单位。

公司始建于1970年，原名为淮阴县植物油厂，到2006年经过30多年的发展，生产规模由原来年加工油料6000吨，扩大到40万吨。目前工艺设备采用箱链式浸出器浸出工艺，其中核心设备由欧盟进口。设备智能化程度高，PLC全电脑控制操作。
